This home had a low BER rating .
Our solution was to install and
external wrap of 100mm EPS, an Atlas Avail SEAI approved system, we installed Firestone flat roof insulating system and a new condescending oil boiler 97% efficiency. B2 BER Energy Rating achieved.
External Wall Insulation – Carlow
This home had a low BER rating.
Our solution was to install 100mm of KORE external insulation board, U-Value of 0.27 delivered, with New sympathetic stone façade constructed with composite stone. We also fitted Insulated ECO over sills.
External Wall Insulation – Kilkenny
This home had a low BER rating of G. Our solution was to install 100mm of KORE external insulation board finished in acrylic render, new windows were installed all round and attic insulation added.
