About this Project

Our client had a large house built in the 80s with low levels of insulation on a semi exposed site.

We fitted 100mm of external insulation all round, insulated the attic and to give the house a wow factor we retrofitted new windows and a bespoke stone facade with cavity insulation.

• U-Value of 0.27 delivered
• New sympathetic stone facade constructed with composite stone
• Insulated Granite Over sills fitted
• BER Rating improved to B2
